About the Founder & Composer
Welcome to Cool Cat Music Boutique—a premier, highly curated broadcast audio library forged specifically for television network synchronization, independent film procurement, and corporate media production.
The catalog is founded, composed, and driven by Mark Niedzwiedz, an award-winning songwriter and producer whose extensive career spans over 25 years of high-end commercial composition. Formerly signed to industry titans MCA and Universal, Mark’s cinematic and big-band works have been recorded by and co-written with some of the world's most iconic artists, including legendary film composer Ennio Morricone, country superstar LeAnn Rimes, and classical crossover phenomenon Katherine Jenkins. His chart-topping pop pedigree also includes writing and producing hit tracks for two international Pop Idol winners.
In contemporary music, Mark is the long-term core co-writer and producer for multi-platinum big-band swing sensation Mark Kingswood. Together, they developed Kingswood's acclaimed albums "Strong" (which debuted in the Top 20 of the UK Album Charts) and "Brave Enough" (celebrated as BBC Radio 2’s Album of the Week), with their music tracking across major global arena tours and national radio broadcasts.
The PremiumBeat Legacy
Before launching Cool Cat Music Boutique as an independent entity, Mark spent 10 highly successful years as an exclusive, top-tier signature composer for Shutterstock’s premium library, PremiumBeat. During this decade-long tenure, he engineered a definitive legacy catalog of 199 master synchronization tracks that have underscored thousands of global television broadcasts, high-budget commercials, and international indie films.
Mark's Top 5 Classic Legacy Releases via PremiumBeat include:
• Moon Crazy (Upbeat, sophisticated medium-pace vintage big band swing)
• Sweet September (Warm, evocative acoustic and finger-style guitar jazz lounge)
• The Lonely Road (Smoky, late-night cinematic noir dialogue underscore)
• Moonless (Intimate, atmospheric solo piano and saxophone jazz ballad)
• Love for All Seasons (Warm, emotional romantic acoustic arrangement)
